Ive just started back at the gym 5 months ago after a long break and now want to gain mass as im more bothered about being skiny and tall now than i was before.<br />
 <br />
Issue i have is im 6'7'' and i cant find anyone who can give me tips on the best way to put mass on, training so far i have got alot stronger, take sci mx whey protein and am working out around 5 days a week mixing abs, chest, arms, back and finishing off with other general lifts.<br />
 <br />
Problem ive got is i cant get advice on the best supplements for my body size nor get advice on the best machines or free weight lifts that are going to be most effective for me.<br />
 <br />
I know its classic situation of my muscles will be long and so seeing big difference will take time but any help would be much appreciated :D</div>
