This looks interesting when it comes to getting stronger.  I don't know how it will work for hypertrophy goals.  If someone's only goal is to get bigger this may not be the best option for them....]]></description>

This looks interesting when it comes to getting stronger.  I don't know how it will work for hypertrophy goals.  If someone's only goal is to get bigger this may not be the best option for them.  However, if it's just to get stronger I can see how it would work very well.  <br />

How would it compare to Starr's 5x5 for a great balance of bigger and stronger?  I have no idea.  It would be interesting to find out though.<br />
