...problem: Uneven Chest...solution: Dumbell Press?

Some History for you guys...

Ive worked out like this for about several months...3 X a week...
chest,tri/ back,bi/ shoulders,legs.....i did FLAT BENCH, DUMBELL PRESS, INCLINE in one workout...for chest...

Now im into my second week of 15s doing the HST program...and because this program limits excercizes, im only doing FLAT BAR BENCH AND INCLINE BENCH...

The Question...

Yes my chest is improving no matter what routine i do, but I can notice how my right peck is a little more developed, or a lil bigger than my left, but not that much...but still i can see it when i look down, or even in the mirror, if i concentrate on it...

As far as i know, Dumbell Presses really help this problem...since they work both sides individualy...Should I do this excercize for sure then?
Just something you should know, i dont like to alternate excercizes...

Anyways, im aware that most of us have this, since we use our right side more...But i dont want to continue making a mistake and then get a F**KED UP CHEST!

The thing is, I see my chest is getting bigger, but do u know how down i will be if my chest gets big and very visibly uneven...or even slightly uneven...

The question is DO DUMBELL PRESSES solve/ better this PROBLEM?

i know for sure that my whole left arm is weaker than my right arm, but thats not such a concern since its not that easy to see a difference....like my biceps/ guns......and triceps look bigger on my right arm.......and a lil less on my left.....

but im concerned about chest...CUZ I CAN NOTICE IT BIG TIME WITH MY OWN EYES! and i NEED a solution...

and plz dont answer like everyone else does "Dont Worry About It..."

right.............

P.S. I dont do flyes anymore since i found out they can injure u big time when you go heavier...and they are not a need usualy used in HST etc....
-also, dont think i do my flat presses crooked...they seem straight...obviously more stronger with right hand when i push, but left keeps up...

Will my chest even out on its own? lol...
im knew this guy who had an uneven chest and that is a bummer!
Anywyas please provide me some solutions rather than saying "Its ok..." etc

Try doing dumbbell bench. Take a weight that you can get about 6-8 reps with your left side. Do the exercise and once your left side fails or comes close to failing, stop doing the exercise. Keep doing it in this manner until your left side starts to be able to more reps/more weight, thereby catching up with your right side.

Your pec development should also become even.

yep, try doing dumbell bench instead of a bar for a few months and see if you are getting the results you like. This should help close the strength gap between your left and right sides.

Keep in mind that some people will have differences with how their right and left sides look no matter what they do. My triceps and pecs look quite different left to right despite being pretty much equal in strength. You should be able to make the strengths match, but sometimes looks are impossible. Heck, even Arnolds biceps were very different from one another.
