One of the straights on your typical olympic style track. Anyway I dunno my time, I'll say probably either high 13s or low 14 because I'm kinda slow. I know I ran a 120 in 15 flat once, but in that short a distance you're pretty much accelerating all the way through.

the only time i know is i ran my 40 yard dash in like 4.8, which is pretty good cause i have horrible ashma.

Damn bro that's a quick time, you defintley have potential. I haven't done the 100m for years but I was somewhere in the 12 second bracket.

I ran a 12.2 as a sophomore last year hopefully I will have that time lower with some more gurilla cardio and sprint training

I once clocked 8 sec on the 400 m. I was on an 850cc Suzuki....does that count?

I live in Sudbury , Ontario in Canada and im only 17 and right now im the fastest man in my city. I run consistently 11.2 in the 100m. I also am at a national competitive level. I train with one fo the fastest 400m runners in Ontario his PB is 48.28.
