Weakboy, why are you looking for some magical "tools" to help you get stronger. I can understand where you are coming from when i first came to this site around 3 months ago i asked the same things and i decided not to take anything other than
whey protein. I had never benched over like 100( i had never even lifted just some sports, but im pretty sure i couldnt do more than this) and im at at least 182 right now, without creatine or steroids. Eat big and when you lift, lift like there is no tomarrow. Lift till you cannot movie. Dont do 10 sets, but lift until you cant do another rep in a range of 2 - 4 sets. Try to experiment with the amount of reps and see what works for you.
You can take creatine, but you do not need it. I wouldn't recomend it either if you were asking me and i was your close friend or a family member.
