15 Yrs, Need Help!!!

WAS UP, IM 15 YEARS OLD, 6'0,160LB,I SIGNED UP FOR THE GYM NEAR BY ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO..I WORKOUT THERE 4 DAYS A WEEK. HERE IS MY TRAINING SCHEDULE

DAY 1-CHEST/TRICEPS (25 MIN OF CARDIO)
DAY 2- SHOULDERS/BICEPS(25 MIN OF CARDIO)
DAY 3-ABS/BACK (25 MIN OF CARDIO)
DAY 4-LEGS (25 MIN OF CARDIO)

FOR EACH EXERSIZE I DO 10 REPS AND 5 SETS. I SPEND ABOUT 2 HOURS IN THE GYM WORKING OUT. I WAS WONDERING IF THIS IS A GOOD SCHEDULE OR NOT..ive been getting a lil bit of results... I HEARD YOU SHOULDNT DO CARDIO ON THE SAME DAY U DO MUSCLE TRAINING, BUT IM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS. I DONT USE PROTEIN SHAKES BUT I EAT ALOT OF MEAT AND TUNA. I TAKE IN ABOUT 80GRAMS OF PROTEIN THE DAYS I WORK OUT.PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS A GOOD SCHEDULE OR NOT,AND IF IT IS GOOD TO DO CARDIO THE SAME DAY AS MUSCLE TRAINING.

If you're looking to add mass, I wouldn't do the cardio the same days as the workout. And 5 sets for each exercise might be overdoing it. I, personally, would do 2 or 3 sets for each. And 2 hours working out is a bit too much. Take no more than an hour, preferrably 45 minutes is good.

PS. easy on the caps

Well, if you overtrain, your muscle growth will be limited. You won't reach your full potential. Also, you have to give your muscles enough time to recover. So train no more than 2 days in row. After day 2, you might want to consider taking a day off to let your body rest. Rest is really important.

that cardio crap on lifting days is bull. i'd do 1.5 hours of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and lift in the evening. i got bigger and gained to my fullest potential. one thing you got to consider is cardio makes a healthy heart. if your heart is healythy it can do it's job of bringing nutrients, amino acids, and other things to your muscles. if your muscles get properly fed with what it needs that is what brings your full growth potential. also i'm 14 so what i do should work for you. i don't do 1 time per week muscle training train then monday-wednesday-friday.
