2 or 3 day split?

Need some help here please.

I am training with weights for 8 months now, basically all I know about lifting comes from this board and one or two more web sites.
I started with a full body rotine for 2 months then I moved to a two day split AxBxAxx
where:
A - Legs, Chest and Biceps+Triceps
B - Back, Shoulders, Abs
Then I started doing the same routine but 4 times a week, that is, hit each group twice a week for another 2 months

now I am doing a 3 day split AxBxCAx, hit each group every 5 days
Where:
A - Legs, Biceps, Abs
B - Chest, Triceps
C - Back, shoulders

When I did the AB routine I spent 60 minuths at the gym every time and finished nearly dead, now I am working out 40-45 minuths every time and I feel preaty good after I finish, does that sounds right?

I am doing more sets for each group in the ABC routine than in the AB, in case you were wondering..

Thanks

That sounds pretty good. Sounds like your doing pretty well. Keeping your workouts under minutes is right. As long as your making a 1% increase in strength each workout then everything is peachy bro.
