I posted a forum earlier and it sees that you all needed a little more info to tell me if I am doing too much cardio or not. My first question was that my trainer told me that I am doing too much cardio and should cut back. I jog an hour in the morning 6 days a week and do an extra hour of kickboxing or high aerobics 4 days a week beside this I lift weights 3 times a week. Here is a bit more info about my daily diet. Let me know where I am going wrong. What I eat on a daily bases hardly ever changes. In the morning I get up and jog, get dressed go to work and when I get there I usually have a half cup of oatmeal with chopped fruit, sweeten with a packet of equal. This is usually around 8am. Then at about 10am I have some fruit (apple, peach, etc) and at 11am I have lunch because I need to run to school in my lunch hour. My lunch consists of a sandwich with no mayo, just cheese and turkey slices on low calorie 9 grain bread. Some days I have a diet coke and others I might change the sandwich to a Teriyaki Chicken (mostly I just eat the chicken and very little rice) with
steamed veggies and a small side salad (about 1/2cup). The veggies have nothing on them and the salad has a vinaigrette. At around 2pm I have some saltine crackers or another fruit. My dinner usually consists of whatever is made, either meat and rice or another sandwich. But this time I usually add salad and cream cheese to the sandwich. Before bed I might snack on fruit or something small. This is more or less my daily intake of food. Nothing much changes. If some days I crave sweets I will have a one or two pieces of chocolate or make something sweet like cake (but never eat a whole piece). Also during the day I may have 2-3 pieces of hard candy. Recently I have began to eat a sugar free protein bar instead of oatmeal for breakfast and cottage cheese beside my sandwich for lunch.
One of you asked me when do I eat in regards to when I exercise; my aerobic classes are usually late for which reason beside a piece of fruit I don’t eat anything. Also, my
weight training consists of 4 reps of 12 or along those lines. That’s my trainers forte, I just do what he says. J But he makes sure I am in a lot of pain the following two days. Anyhow I hope that answers all your questions, please let me know
