3 Day Split


What is the best , most intense 3 day split anyone can draft for a whole body workout focusing on muscle growth and development and strength. With some cardio for general fitness too. Ideally my percentage of focus is: Muscle growth and development .........40%
Strength.......................................... .40%
Cardio............................................ ...20%

Help guys , you have done it before
