I'm not quite following you to be honest - you want to hike up a mountain 2-3 times a week (this is classed as your "cardio") aswell as follow your 3-4 day
resistance training program throughout the week aswell?
- Is there a thread showing your current program somewhere on the board?
-How high is this actual mountain (over a thousand feet at least anyway)?
-What is your age and weight?
-Any other relevent details that I can't think of just now?
