Question

3 days a week


I did somewhat of a bulking diet last semester, but i'm still fairly low bf % around 9.5% or so. I don't want to cut or bulk this semester. I'm going to be hiking 2-3 days a week before school up a mountain by my house for cardio. I was wondering if anyone knows a good 3 or 4 day a week workout plan to split up the cardio. I shouldn't lose much muscle if I eat right and continue to lift right?

Seeing as nobody has attempted this question yet...

I'm not quite following you to be honest - you want to hike up a mountain 2-3 times a week (this is classed as your "cardio") aswell as follow your 3-4 day resistance training program throughout the week aswell?

- Is there a thread showing your current program somewhere on the board?
-How high is this actual mountain (over a thousand feet at least anyway)?
-What is your age and weight?
-Any other relevent details that I can't think of just now?
