Okay,
spring break is about three months away (2nd week of march) and I'm heading down to
South Beach for the second year in a row. I want to get working on the perfect "beach body" during the next three months.
Right now I'm 175 lbs, 5'11", been lifting for about 2 years and am looking pretty good. My goals are to bulk up during the winter till about end of january, then cut up into that "beach body". I'd like to put on at least another 10 lbs of muscle and get a six pack and defined pecs.
Can someone suggest a 14 week plan? How long should I wait until beginning the "cutting stage"?
I'm pretty familiar with bulking exercises (i'm on Max-OT now)...but what exercises should i do when cutting to lose fat but still retain muscle?
Also can someone give me a diet breakdown (calories, %p, %c, %f) for both bulking and cutting stages?
Any advice is appreciated.
