3 times a week full bodywork out= OVERTRAIN?

Lokin at the feedback for my full body routine made wonder if i could be overtraining.
Increasing lathargic feeling and noticing better muscle build up during week breaks has brough about this decison.
I'm now concidering changing my routine from 3 times a week to

2 times a week (more intense full body) workout + 1 time a week cardio....

whatchall tink?
very little cardio becuase i am trying to bulkup, and am already quite thin.
stats : about 5 '8 and 135lbs

well, without seeing it, who knows

full body routines are very intense and need to be designed properly. for example, you should not be training anymore than 60minutes.

Try this:

day 1 : full-body
day 2 : rest
day 3 : rest
day 4 : full-body
day 5 : rest
day 6 : rest
day 7 : full-body
_____

day 1 : rest
day 2 : rest
day 3 : full-body
day 4 : rest
day 5 : rest
day 6 : full-body
day 7 : rest

... I'm sure you see the pattern.

-Bench Press (3 sets)
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press ( 3 sets )
-Upright row (3 sets)
-Bent over barbell row ( 3 sets)
- Barbell Curl " "
- Conc Curl " "
- laying Tricep extension " "
- Seated Wrist Curl " "
- Reverse Wrist Curl " "
- Squats " "
- Pushups ( 30 x 2 )
- Situps ( 30 x 3 )
that takes me about 50 min 40 if i'm a good boi
obviously i sometimes just do the barbell curl instead of the conc curl , and at others only bent over row instead of standing row...

i see your point cursor! basically what u are sayin is forget the week as being 7 days but take it as 8 .... intersitin ....hmmmm ... i like it!

but what do u think of the 2 day workout and one day cardio perweek thing?

Do cardio at the end of your lifting ... same day. Rest on "rest" days.

Cardio is not bad for you!

"very little cardio becuase i am trying to bulkup"

If you have the time, do cardio 3+ times per week for 30+ minutes each session. It will keep your bodyfat down and will not prevent muscle growth as long as your diet is good!
