What exactly is your question? Are you asking if you not knowing the plays is good or bad?

your 40 does look kinda slow, i run about a 4.5 too. it might be because of your height. im sticking to 400 yard dash lately. i do a 400 yard sprint, then wait 45 seconds then do it again. I do about 8 laps on fridays. i only do this on fridays and mondays and wednsdays are for regular laps.

I think your maxs look pretty good for your size, but you definitely need to work on your speed. If you don't stretch alot try that. Increased flexibility=increased speed. I have no idea what my 40 time is, but I have a friend who weighs 290 lbs that runs a 4.8 40 and another that's 260 that runs a 4.68 40. They are both alot older though, 24 and 25.

stay hungry and bust ass in the books too. give 110% to both football AND academics. Dont ride football to college, make sure you bust ass in academics, just incase something unplanned happens (injury, etc). but make sure you stay hungry and keep kicking the **** out of previously set goals, etc.

haha i love how everybody lies about their 40 times here............and for a QB, there is no ideal time. depends on if youre a scrambling qb or passing qb. IMO you dont need great speed if you have a good arm and make good decisions. however, speed certainly never hurt a qb......
