5 day workout
Is it okay to do 5 day workout if I'm not lifting up very
heavy weights
or I should really stick to 4 day workout?

i've foudn 5days only work best if you're using low volume, heavy weights- keep it heavy and the voluem low, such that you arn't lifting for anymoe than 35minutes.
