6 pack

What other exercises can I do to help me lose fat on the stomach and earn a 6pack. I do sit ups, stomach crunchs, pressups and jogging.

Better diet and more cardio. BTW:By working the abs they don't show more, only by reducing your bodyfat do they show.

And don't forget - if you build massive beautiful abs and hide them under a layer of fat - even a thin 15 - 20 % BF one, they can actually make you look fatter than you really are. Lady C is telling you the exact correct thing to do.

Well, I think that doing weighted situps can help you get big enough abs to show through the fat, but you really need cardio if you want your abs to really look good.

Most do. I remember one day last summer when I went to the park to get some cardio in and this really big dude - not very fat looking was over there on the playground doing some pullups - he looked pretty fit except for this really big belly. When I got closer I saw that he actually had huge abs - but they were just hidden by about a 2 inch layer of fat - ruined the whole look. It all just really depends on your goals, if you want to be a PL who is interested in being as big and strong as possible - why waste your time cutting - an inch or two of fat aren't going to make much difference. If you want to show some cuts and striations in the muscles - maybe some vascularity - then diet and cardio are needed.
