8.9%! yay! now i need to tone+bulk...

ok i hit my old long term fitness goal.....to weigh more than i first did (185 vs 175) at single digit body fat........(8.9 today!!!!! i started at 16%!) so i need a new goal.....i find myself not very toned right now, i thought i'd look pretty good with low fat, but i'm below my expectations for definition.....any ideas to get a little more bulk but really improve my definition? it might be low carb reserves, hopefully i'll look better a few days into a bulking diet..

im trying to get a more toned body at the moment as well. i have been doing a 4 day plan.
day 1: chest, shoulder, trap

day 3: bi, tri, back
day 4: rest

i do mostly sets of 10-12 except on a few things.. i also run everyday except the day before a leg day.
