A few newbie questions about general fitness.

Hi, first post so I'm a bit nervous, but basically I've recently joined a gym because I was tired of being over-weight, not by a huge amount but enough so that it was noticeable. So I started out lightly about 3 months ago, going about 2-3 times a week, (working off 300-400 kcal in about an hour), when I could get some free time kept this up (was ill for a few weeks so couldn't come) until I got some spare time with my break for Easter about 3 weeks of nothing other than some University work to do. So I've gone everyday for the past week and doubled what I would work out to about 700-800 kcals, because I heard a regular meal brings in about 600 kcals. Enough with the back story, here's the questions;

A) Is 700-800 kcals a decent amount to be working of every time I visit and how long in general for a slightly overweight person to completely work of all excess weight completely at this rate?

B) Is it damaging to be working out everyday at this rate or is it perfectly fine?

C) Although I've noticed lost of weight and feeling much healthier recently I'm mostly worried about my stomach right now. I mostly use the running machines and other machines more aimed at the legs, what would be the best thing to work off a stomach quickly (I’m not worried about getting a six pack for the moment just working the stomach down).

Add weight lifting to increase you lean muscle. Lean muscle will burn more calories than fat will.

The stomach will only go down when you reduce the overall body fat. Look real close at the diet for reducing body fat.
