Ok the reason why I am thinking this is a good ab work out is because my abs been feeling sore for like 2 days now.
I ran a total of 2 miles which was total of 8 laps on the track i ran at. Between the 2 mile run, every 1/4 mile i got down and did 50 crunches rested for like 30 seconds. Repeated the process until my 2 miles is done.
I only did a total of 200 crunches, nothing fancy. I been soar for 2 days now. The most i ever been with my abs.
I really wanna gain mass but I am trying to loose my belly before summer comes. I love to go to the beach and boogie board. Hopefully this works for me.
Along with that, I also reduced
fast food from 3-4 times a week to once a week, reduced drinking soda from 2 times a day to once a week so i think i should be seeing result. Oh yeah, i stoped all that about a month ago when i read in this forum that nutrition is a major role in getting better ab.
