A.K.A....Pink

I had to switch my name. About a week ago..I got laid off of work. It's been a tough week...didn't workout for almost 1.5 weeks and have been eating horribly. The layoff really stressed me out, but I went to the gym last night and I'm trying to get motivated again. I've got to go look for a job today. I think my waistline has grown about 2 inches..AND..I weight last night and I'm up 4 whole lbs. I'm sure it's just water....

Well ... climb back up on that horse and get a movin'. I'm sure you'll get back into your routine in no time at all!

Hey calco,

Cursor is right, just climb right back up on that horse. It will up
your confidence, which wont hurt while pounding the pavement

You can do this. I know it really sucks when you get laid off.
Good hunting.
