Basically I've been working out a long while now, but I still don't feel like I gained more than a moderate increase in strength or stamina. I workout every other day using weights and was just wondering what the best exercises to do would be. I will list the ones I've been doing and you all let me know what I should do to increase my strength.
Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
2 sets of 10 push-ups
1 set of cross abdominal situps
1 set up leg raises (without weight)
2 sets of 20 for calf raises
2 sets of 10 for plie squats (not certain the best type?)
2 sets of 10 neutral biceps curl
2 sets of 8 clean and press
2 sets of 10
upright row
2 sets of 10 floor press (
bench press on floor matt)
2 sets of 10 biceps curl
2 sets of 10 standing triceps curl
2 sets of 10 reverse biceps curl
1 set of cross abdominal situps
1 set up leg raises (without weight)
2 sets of 10 push-ups
Jumping Jacks (as long as possible)
Keep in mind I left out the standard warm-up listing instead just telling you what I feel contributes to the feel of the workout itself. So any thoughts on order, etc?
