and if your doing alot of push us to get your
muscle endurance up, you wont be able to lift real heavy...... i know this coz i can do ALOT of pushups, last time i timed myself for a min i could do 68, but non stop last time i did it it was 84, cant bench real heavy though....ahhh well have to make up your mind on what you want to do.
i do it that way coz i do
Muay Thai, and i have to be able to do alot of push ups...
