Is the
swiss ball better for abs or floor sit-ups? My wife does works her abs 3 times a week. She does 100 on the floor breakdown of 20-legs up straigh in air, 20-same position side to side, 20-bike, 20-legs up striagh, 20- side to side again, followed by sitting on the bench with a 2kg weight between her feet and lifting her torso and legs at the same time, 3 sets of 20, lastly 2 sets of
hanging leg raises, 10 each set. Is she working her abs enough? Someone told her the ball is a better way to work the abs and it's a harder workout for the abs, is this right?
