I noticed that certain ways Ur body's positioned, it will make ur abs appear more defined. what I was wondering is if there is a way to keep the tightned look all the time? My best guess would be to do more cardio.
The best way to keep your abs defined and stomach from bulging out is to do exactly what you are doing in the picture: sit next to three pretty girls with your shirt off. The straining to suck in your gut and flex at the same time will also make you much more inarticulate and therefore more manly.
Hahaha, thats actually my family lol. I used the pic to give u guys and idea of what im workin with. Im actually very thin, so just the sllgihtest movemnt (like the one in the pic) makes my abs show. But Just normal standing, U cant really see anything.
