advice on my split please

i was wondering if this split was ok or if there was something fundamentally wrong with it. because of my time restraints i can't get a full workout in the morning and need to do half at night. tell me what you think please

monday: am: back, forearms
pm:tris, calves
tuesday cardio
wednesday: am: shoulders, upper legs
pm: biceps, abs
thursday cardio
friday: same as monday
saturday cardio
sunday: off
monday: same as last wednesday

and so on and on and on... a complete cycle

I'm going to let you know a little known secret that most don't believe......it does NOT matter what muscles you pair up and what days you do them or what order!
I am living proof of this. I went from weighing 147 pounds to weighing 190 pounds. My arms increased by over 4 1/2 inches.....all muscle.
The information found in magazines and on most web sites are just rehashed, nothing new, and for the most part, ineffective.
Your muscles have a tremendous recovery capacity. Working a muscle just once a week will NOT give you the development you are looking for. However, there is a limit.........
I'm a Cleveland Firefighter, and I set up a site that reveals the truth to gaining REAL muscular weight, without all the lies, without supplements, and without having to stuff yourself every 2 to 3 hours.

usually about 30 minutes. and another 30 at night. I don't know why i didn't type in the time i do chest. I do chest the same night as my biceps. I was thinkng about doing my abs on cardio days...I just don't know. I want a decent 2 day split that is also split into an am and pm split. i have no real method for pairing the muscles I'm working at any given day. Maybe i should arrange it a little better. but jperez says it doesn't matter what muscles or when just as long as they get worked out a few times a week.
confusing and very conflicting.

you really should try to train all in one time; when you train break train it's very hard to get back on track for the 2nd time. i tried it for a while, just didn't work out. however, i suppose if you absolutely have to do that it's not horrible horrible.
