In january 04 I joined a fitness club to tone muscle, and lose about 10 pounds (i was 135lb at the time). I am now 5'4 and weigh 145

. I have been doing aerobics (stepper, bikes and jogging) at least 5 days a week for 20 min a day. I also go to kick boxing twice a week, and lift weights 4-5 times a week. When I lift, i lift moderate weights until I can lift them any more, i rest, then do it 1 more time. I am a little confused as to why I am
gaining weight (according to the scale, but my clothes are fitting about the same). I have not changed my eating habits too much...I dont count calories, I love sweets and the convience of fast food. My goal, now, is to lose 20 pounds...but im not sure how to go about this :confused: . Do I stop
lifting weights? DO more or less cardio? Do I try to start a more disciplined calorie intake diet? Any advice that you all have would be greatly appreciated.
