Ah Dangit!!

Well today I wieghted and measured myself like I do on every Thursday. My wieght was still the same at 150lbs, but I noticed that my midsection measurement had gone up. Not a lot, 3/4 of an inch, but still kinda disapointing. Now I did an abs work out yesturday but I don't think that would have alot to do with it. I have changed to doing an interval training on the elptical for 20 min. Should I cut more calories, up the cardio, both or do something completely different? Im probably makin alot out of nothin but I have been doing so good lately and to see this kinda makes me disappointed in myself.

No you aren't. You are worrying about the wrong thing.

Your BMI is 19.8. Any lower, and you run the risk of being underweight. On the BMI scale, if you are underweight, you have serious health risks. Especially since it only compares height/weight has nothing to do with actual lean mass, fat mass, and so on.

Now eat something.

I'm not sure of your height, but I know for a fact I had a similar mindset such as yourself. I'm 6'2, and I use to weigh 170 (went down from 250) with that height and still thought I was fat! For the past 8 months though I have been bulking and I must say its a much different feeling (Weigh 200 now). Fat doesnt come on as easy, more energy, not obsessive over the foods I eat (just cautious), and not to mention some nice muscle

Personally I think you should begin a bulking diet, eat big and clean, workout using compound lifts. Just PM me if you want some programs, I'l point you to a few

If you are anything like me, youll get very good results.
