I hope no ones posted about this, but I tried searching for it and couldn't find anything. Anyway, I haven't been
lifting weights that long (since June) but I've noticed significant changes with my body.
I've been reading these boards alot and what I noticed is that alot of people want to get bigger or skinner. I tried to describe what I want to look like, but in the end it's easier to just show a picture.

I want to look something like that, not big, but muscular, but not small either. It's hard to explain. Anyway, how do you guys recommend I do this? I've been lifting weights using the 10-8-6 method (I put enough so I can only do those, then
increase weight and so on). I've also been doing the Bulk/Cut phases. But I realized if I keep doing this I'll be big and I won't have the kind of body that the guy in that pic has.
Any suggestions will be helpful, i'm thinking of switching from high-weights/low-reps to lower weights/higher reps (for example, from 160 bench, 10-8-6 to 110 bench 25-20-15).
What do you think?
