air alert 3


i have the air alert 3 program, well i printed it out from a search on google.but i do not completely understand the leapups.when it says jump what is the position i start off with when jumping.also i do not know if i do 2 set of 20 for eahc leg on the stepups or 2 sets of 20 altogether.thanks for reading

a leapup is where you jump as hard as you can and when you come down you do it again. calves are just what they tell you to do, on one leg you do the workout and then you change legs and do the same thing this is one set

so far leapups are you saying that you start in a squat position?then jumping as high as i can?

im on the second week. i feel faster and already and feeling increases in my vertical
