I have been on the
air alert program for two weeks and am on the second week and about to enter the 3rd. Im 14 6'31/2 and 185. I was playing last thursday 12/18/03 with some friends and fell on my right knee
really hard twice in a realy short amount of time. Anyway my knees were hurting the next day and i decided not to do air alert 3 (my knees feel better now). It is now sunday and I guess i am just going to pick up on the third week this moday. will this have an effect on my gains from air alert 3, and if so what should i do?
