air alert 3

i've been doing the air alert 3 program for 5 weeks. i don't think i am getting a higher vertical. i missed one workout the 3rd week and up to the 4th week i was doing even weeks monday wednesday and friday. i fixed this. i am doing everything correctly and going all out every rep, but i just don't feel an improvement.

I doubt you'll start seeing too much improvement until you get later into the program. The further into the program you get, the harder it gets and that's where the results are.

have you actually tested your jump? or does it just seem like you havent improved much? if you havent actually tested it, try testing it on sunday when your legs should be pretty fresh.
