it is possible lack of proper nutirtion or overtraining, more likely a combination..post your routine and diet for an average day.

yeah mate.. you'll go through that now n then..
what ya gotta do is mix it up a bit (diet and trainin) and see whats workin and whats not. But make sure that you take notes evn if its only mental.
if it was easy... everybody would be doin it!

Sounds like you've hit a mental plateau but not a physical one. Re-evaluate your diet and training rountine and change things up again. You're obviously not eating enough fuel for your body to grow (even if you think you are, you're not). Also, it sounds like you're getting board with your training, so mix up your exercises some and maybe even read some fitness mags to help get that motivation back. Good luck.

it is all mental. when u go to the gym, tell your self, i am going to lift this, and before u actually lift, grip the weights, breath, ignore everything around you, and visualize yourself lifting the weights.

it works. it builds outer strength, and mental strength
let me know how it turns out, i'd like to keep track

Watch ronnie colemans video, the unbelievable ( i think )... hes deadlifting 800 lbs and he says "light weight" all the time, before and after.. Its mental, but i would look into nutrition/sleep as well.

I too have seen ronnie's video. After watching, I started saying "light weight" before and after my reps. My friends started saying "light weight" and we all have been getting one or two reps squeezed out. It's all mental.

No sh!t. i believe that 25% of a workout is mental. If you don't think you can lift the weight you aren't going to, but if you hype yourself up and believe you can pump the sh!t out of it you are going too and have a way better set.
