Animal Pak/Animal nitro
I'm fairly new to body building. I've been lifting for about 3 years steadily, but have recently been unsatisfied with my results. I've never taken any type of supplement prior, so I'm clueless to all of this. I went to GNC and i bought a box of Animal Pak and a box of Animal Nitro. I know the Nitro is supposed to be an amino acids supplement, but all it says for Animal Pak is that it's the "core necessities" or something.
I also know that you're supposed to take Animal Nitro immediately before a workout, and immediately after, and to wait 45 minutes before you drink a protein shake. But i know nothing about when to take, or even if you should also take animal Pak. Help me out guys!

tried
I tried both of those links and got nothing... my computer aint brand new and doesnt like to load a lot of sites.. I'm thankful it does this one fine.. i did a discussfitness.com search and only got 1 hit but didnt really help me much... I've read up as much as i could on various outside websites.. that's how i learned the little that i posted before.. i just cant really find anything on whether or not I should be taking nitro and pak at the same time?? And if so, if they should be taken at intervals like before with the 30-45 min before a protein shake.. And i'm also curious if there's any type of side effects from any of your guys that've used them.. Thanks a lot for the reply! : If anybody else can help me out, i'd appriciate it!!

Have yall ever tried this animal pack? I got a few samples from work and it's like swallowing legos! Damn things are huge, took about 40 oz. of water to get them down.
