Another Lifting Question - yay!

Hmmm...what do you think of just doing the three big lifts in one day. Bench, Squat, Power Clean one day, that's it. Next workout day other lifts, but focusing around those 3 lifts. I'm so happy I found out my bodyfat was 8.1% and that was right after holiday season not doing anything for 3 weeks. I haven't even been weight-training during this time because of wrestling, so I'm starting in hopes of getting it down to 6% so I can get that good old six-pack.

I guess I would only worry about the "next workout day". 3 big lifts in one day is super. You can ruin all your gains in the next workout however.

What's the other day going to look like?

It's a school gym class. The next day is bookwork and rest. Then wendsday is secondary lifts. I don't believe we do those 3 again until friday.

I like that workout a lot. M & F seems a bit much, but you could always do one a bit lighter. Even a lot lighter. That will give you plenty of time for rest and help w/ the 6-pack.
