Anyone use Chiropractors, got a question

I used a Chiro afew years back for my lower back and neck Sublexation and felt better stopped and now back with a new one in another city..question is did you see gradual improvement or did it take awhile?

The last 2 months with my new Chiro I hurt a bunch and feel she is not doing properly or helping? Plus spending $200 a month on this since no insurance and want to make sure it's worth it?

Thx

My son and I visit once a month. Try sleeping with a pillow under your knees. My progress was gradual but within 2 months. Have you told your Chiropractor about your lack of progress? She may need to re-evaluate you and modify your treatment.

Good luck!

With chiropractic, if you aren't feeling some kind of relief from your symptoms within three visits, you are seeing the wrong one and getting the wrong treatment.

IMO, seek an "old school" chiro or an ART practitioner. I've found no benefit to orthospinology at all.

Don't dismiss the occasional need for an MD, DO, PT too.

If it was going to work it would have worked by now. You have to know when to give up. I've had much better results with Osteos than chiros. Like a_welch503 says find one who does active release therapy and I've found that osteos who practice muscle energy techinques are good too
I'm starting the long road to becoming an osteopath myself by the way.
