Without understanding how to manipulate your current metabolism, I would not mess with inducing growth harmones (HGH).

Therapy??...nope I'm taking 3 pills before bedtime and can see an improvement already, anyway I'm not endorsing or trying to push anything to anyone, just my own personal experience....

HGH stimulators that are OTC are generally ineffective. The only stimulator proven to be truly effective are banned because of it's use as a date rape drug and due to a few deaths from improper use (overdose or use with alcohol) which led to deaths.
GABA has been reported to be effective and I do think it was beneficial to me when I used it, even if only for the better, more restful sleep I got from it. However, the dosage needed is high. It took 6 grams a day to do anything for me.
Real HGH is very expensive and illegal in the US except when prescribed by a physician. It's hard to use because of it's sensitivity and need to be refrigerated. When it's re-constituted into it's useful form, it doesn't last long and will break down, becoming ineffective. And for bodybuilding purposes (illegal, and no doc will prescribe it for that...age management only) there are other drugs (totally legal but too dangerous so I will not tell you what they are) needed for maximum effectiveness of HGH.
My best reccomendation to you is to keep the diet in check for your needs, eat enough to gain 1lb/week...no more, or lose 1lb/week...no more; depending on your goals of course. Lift hard, cardio hard, and do your best without chemical assistance.

What pills are you taking?
You must be lucky, firstly to find a product whose science is not flawed, a scam.
Second since you are fifty you are unlike the majority in that your pituitary is act sufficiently responding to stimulators.

I have blood results to show other stimulators are effective, however this is also expensive and produced by a pharmacy though natural.
Got blood tests on injectable gaba. Did nothing to igf1 levels

Thats debatable. The thought among foward thinking individuals in medicine is that practically all people in the 'later' age group should be on therapy

Nope, not a supplement. Just a hormone that you can walk into the pharmacy and buy without a prescription in most states in the US. And if you mess up while using...you die. Perfectly legal. And very dangerous. And use of HGH for bodybuilding purposes kind of requires it. Therefore, Although, this particular one is legal...I'll not suggest it to anyone. And yeah, it has cost at least one professional bodybuilder, possibly more WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING their lives.
I know that while I was using GABA I got results. But like I said from my initial post in this thread it may well have been from the better, more restful sleep. GABA does not cross the blood brain barrier though unless the dosage is very high. And 6G/day is a high dose for it.
Similar to the old supplement from the 80's that is now banned...It possibly boosted HGH levels in the body, definitely promoted growth, and definitely helped with restful sleep. Sadly, occasionally the sleep was so restful one didn't wake from it. At least narcoleptic bodybuilders can still use it legally. But GABA will likely stay legal...it's not as good as the banned one.

I've taken GABA before and did get more restful sleep, as well as more vivid dreams, but didnt notice any benefits other than that. Kind of gives you a euphoric feeling for a little bit.

Gamma AmnioButeryc Acid. spelling and pronounciation from the spelling is probably incorrect.
