make inclines at least 50% of your chest work... flats also, no declines. try weighted chest dips, crossovers and definately power cleans. building the clavical portion of the chest is where its at... thats the tough spot.

Keep changing your chest routine every 2-3 weeks. Just doing benchpress over and over again will slow your gains to a snails pace. This also applies to the rest of your body.

how heavy are your dumbells?
Hey I have another question that may be able to go along with this thread.
When doing inclines, or any chest work, do you ever feel hypertrophy pain ( i consider any pain to be hypertrophy, dont know how accurate that is) in the clavical portion of the chest?
How come no matter how well I do my incline DB or BB presses I cant get my upper chest to grow?

That sounds like you are using your arms instead of your pecks to lift the weights. You need to think about using the pecks as pushing the weights up. Do a search on bench press on this sight - there are plenty of good articles, examples of how to do it properly.

That is such an excellent point and often is the reason people lack development. That mind-body connection cannot be overlooked or trivialized.

Yes, do a search for the powerlifting bench set up.

Something I have a problem with when it comes to my lats... N/M I better stick with the topic.
is there some kind of topical cream you can put on your pecs to help them grow? Like a topical steroid... GNC always has free samples of products like that, that I always wanna try, but im too scared to.

All of your cool points were lost with that question.

Go wider, put your index on the ring or even beside it.
