Person A is in shape, works out, eats well, yada yada.
Person B is total opposite (couch potato and never works out).
Both people go jogging for 45 minutes. OK...so... here's my question.. Do they burn the same amount of calories? Or does person B burn more because it's more work for them?

I would think, if jogging at the same pace for the same distance, Person B will burn more because it is carrying the added weight/resistance causing the workout to be more intense.
However, if person A runs at a higher intensity (faster/further) in the same time frame, then there may not be such a difference.
It's kind of a cheap question. If person A and person B riun the same distance at the same rate and are of equal body mass. They should burn the same amount of calories. It's the aftermath kills the person B. Person A will continue to burn more calories well after B has become seditary. That's why person be mantains a better body so well. It has become efficient at getting rid of calories.
