Crossfit in your home or video

Just wondering if I should purchase a work-out video or try doing the Crossfit stuff in my home? If a video, which one? If Crossfit, what routines?

There really aren't any suitable "videos" out there that will give you a great weight training experience. If you have enough equipment, I think you should go ahead and try the Crossfit WOD. If you are looking for a good workout video then I would try P90X. I think that program is far and away the best of the infomercial crap you see out there.

I saw the P90X stuff, but wasn't sure if the cost was worth it. Also, since I am martial artist, I get turned off by videos that work in martial arts into their routines since they ruin the technique.

Because the decor my wife picked for our family room clashes with work-out equipment - a big no-no - I am limited to a work out bell and some dumbbells. I thought Crossfit would work well, but I hear you need more equipment. Thoughts!
