Hey everyone-- I'm a ski racer (which is a kind of bodybuilding! lol

) and my new team (located in another state) just sent me a set of workouts, but as I look them over, I realize that there's a BUNCH of stuff I don't know how to do (or only know about half of what I need to). Can anyone give me any help with them? (And I understand that some of these names will be particular to my team, and you may have not heard of them.) That would be greatly appreciated! Here they are:
Lateral lunge w/ bar- maybe as if I were stretching the inside of my leg, but with a bar on my shoulder?
PB hamstring curl
lat pull down- with a machine? I know most of the exercises are just with a bar, so there are a lot that I THOUGHT needed a machine but now I'm not sure!
seated rows- machine?
straight bar curls- what is the straight part about?
power/hang cleans- whats the difference between "power" and "power/hang"?
ham curls (physioball)- how do I do it with a physioball?
reverse bench
military press- is this any different than lateral
shoulder raises?
split squats- are they the same as lunge squats?
half-ball squats
flat DB press- i think DB means dumbells, but what is the flat part about?
