gain weight & loose belly

in some way I have the same problem,,, I'm 23 years old and I'm really trying to gain more weight because I'm thin but I'm also trying to loose the fat stomach,,, I never had a problem with it 2 years ago, but after consuming (gain weight products) now I gained more weight but it seems to be saved in the blood more than be shown on the body,,, I still have to gain weight but I'm uncomfortable with having a fat stomach because it gets bigger as I gain more weight... does anyone knows a way or a programs that I can fix what I ruined with myself ,, putting in mind that I eat healthy food
please help:confused:

Weight gainers are not healthy foods, sorry to say. Lots of sugar in those products which is why you probably ended up with a belly.

What kind of workout were you doing when you took the weight gainer?

true IronMan, but the weight gainer I took was from the nutrition shop and the nutrition doctor advised me to take it. I know it has lots of sugar and fat but at that time I just wanted to gain weight and I admit I wasn't thinking right, and I didn't know that I will end up with a belly. when I went the next time to another nutrition doctor he told me that I have to exercise while talking it but it was too late.. I donno what program I should follow, I tried all kind of stomach exercises but I'm loosing weight and my belly is getting bigger, I feel I'm building muscles in there other than loosing fat. I'm so tired now (I loved my body before but all I wanted some more pounds) now I'm woried about 2 things, weight and belly.. I donno what to do now, please help

All the stomach exercises in the world are not going to cause you to lose fat in the stomach. It just doesn't work that way. You need a sensible program of resistance training that exercises the whole body and cardiovascular work. You also need a sensible eating plan. Check out some of the stickies to learn more.

it makes sense what you are saying. regarding the food I eat, I eat healthy food only,,(home cooked). so do you really believe that my stomach can get back to how it was before? I really wish, I would do anything (good and healthy of course) to get back. but my concern now is to gain weight too. so do you think that it's possible to loose the fat of my stomach and gain weight while exercising in a specific way? and if yes can you please guide me to those exercises or to a schedule I can follow?

rep: moving a weight through a range of motion and then back again one time, short for repetition.

set: a unit of exercise measurement consisting of a movement that is repeated a desired number of time.

So for example, when I do my bench press I do 3 sets of 8 repetitions (reps), meaning that in total I'm doing 24 repetitions but grouping them into 3 sets.

i've found the main thing is calories...you are prolly taking in too many calories if you actually detect fat on your stomach increasing...post a sample meal plan because "home-cooked" doesn't always mean healthy like you implied earlier. Most likely if you were thin before you had a high metabolism to begin with if you ate anywhere near 2000 calories before you started lifting. I also had what seemed like a gut when i started i lifting even though my overall appearance was skinny...my route was working out hard with resistance exercises and cardio but i wasn't putting enough calories (maybe 2000) to gain weight so i ended up losing a lot of fat...I then dramatically increased my calorie intake to 3500 (clean) calories and I found cuz of my ridiculous metabolism that this was perfect amount to gain lean muscle. Bottom line is you have to test your body to see what works best and if you want that lean look, incorporate some cardio (20 min) into your workouts. I also do sprints sometimes which burn fat like no other...

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6′4″ 245lbs and I exercise every day.

Hi,

There's no other way to gain weight than to eat, but of course the right way. Also, you need to do cardio workout to get rid of that fat on your stomach. Plus, do some weight training to achieve the maximum fat burning on your body.
