Hi all!
I've been away for a few weeks recently...I think it's about 5 weeks since I've posted here so hello again

It's also about 3 weeks since I had a decent
workout session.
First of the three weeks was my break week after finishing my
bulking cycle. Unfortunately due to work I've been in the Northumberland countryside on business lately (very green, lots of sheep and old people...no gyms) so I've not been able to do my regular workouts.
That counts for the second and final week. I'm back home now though, and I just can't seem to muster the energy to workout! Not to say that I haven't done any workouts though - I just haven't been pushing myself like I did before.
So anyway - just wondering how you guys get going again after a break or when you feel down with it all and don't want to go. I know some people on here just go workout all the time and never get tired of it - I envy you and this post isn't really aimed at such people
