Height Encouragement Exercises

Hi again,

I was wondering if there were any known height encouragement exercises. I am currently 16, and was wondering what types of exercises I could add to help increase my height. Any comments would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks again!

I don't even know if there is such an exercise that would actually increase your height to an amount worth mentioning. I think your height is gonna be what your body hands you.

Mostly it's all going to be up to your genes, I'm afraid.

Proper weight training will increase your body's production of growth hormone, which might help some, but otherwise you're pretty much stuck with what Mother Nature hands you.
