If it's been a long time since you've had a break, don't make the mistake I make far too often by doing cardio or bodyweight exercise during the break. I do it all the time thinking, "I'll be fine this time". Mistake...a break is just that - a break.



Note to self - listen to yourself and do it that way next time.
