Help


hello i think this site rocks!
this is my first time to post.coolmoody told me about this site and let me use his email,thanks man i apreciat it.I am a male,16,128 pounds,5'7.
I'm short for my age so I dont want to do exsercises
for my shoulders or back.
My problem is I have gotten really fat lateley
I have fat on my chest area, thats my main problem
theyr like big boobs,I just wantd to know what exsercises
would reduce my boobs size plz help,I hate that look
when my shirt is kindof tight and my chest is exploding
out of the shirt! :'(
and about my stomach,I really need help there too!
plz, i really need help!!!

5,7 is not that short (i'am only 5,8 and I'am 19). Why don't you want to do exrsisies for your shoulders or back? You say your 128 pounds and 5,8 (are you sure your 128 becuse this would mean you would be fairly skinny??)
You cannot spot reduce (lose fat from a chosen area of your body) this is a myth (probably invented by those damn ad commercials). The only way you are going to lose fat is through proper exersise and diet (diet prehaps more important) and you will lose it from all over your body not just your chest and stomach. You cannot choise certain exersisies with weights to lose fat in a chosen bodypart you must do cardio to burn fat. Weight's will also burn fat however you will/may find cardio more effective.
Weights wil help you build muscle (providing your didet is optimal) however you won't be able to see this muscle if it's coverd in fat!
