er.... great to have you here in one of your fits of enthusiasm, lol!

seriously, all the information you need is already within these forums. pay particular attention to the stickies.

for diet information, cursor and LadyC are very knowledgeable, while Jaster (aka, "Man Mountain") and MostMuscle ("sex on a stick") are two of the exercise experts.

they're all exercises except for reps and cardio. "reps" stands for "repetitions" - how many times you do the movement. a "set" is a given number of reps, for example, 3 sets of 10 reps.

cardio is running, walking, hiking, biking, stair climbing, treadmill, or any other exercise that gets your heart pounding.

for the exercises, here ya go: http://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/eow-intro.asp

on the left, click on a body part to see a list of exercises. click on an exercise to learn how to do it. :

I have posted this before.

To put on mass it's pretty easy.
Eat clean eat big.
Lifting Now I know this sounds like it's not much but if done with the right weight it will kill!
Use a weight you can lift 8 reps with good form.
Lift 10 reps each 3 - 4 sets
Day 1
Dead lift, Bent over row, Pull ups, Barbell curl. (You can add in Incline DB curl or Preacher DB curl)
Day 2 rest
Day 3
Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Military Press, Jaster Shrug, Triceps push down. (You can add Skull Crushers or Triceps over head press or Dips)
Day 4 rest
Day 5
Squats, Calf raise, Leg Curl, Leg extension (You can add Box squats or Front Squats)
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Rest
Repeat

you might wanna take a peek at jaster while deciding if you want to try his system - he's *massive*! were my house on fire, i'd definitely wanna see him come crawling through the window!

(he's a firefighter - get yer mind outta the gutter! )
