help buring fat!!!!!


I'be been working out for about a year now, only light wieghts though,and i want to loose fat, im starting boxing this really soon,so i guess thats gonna help alot, can someone give me any adive on how to loose fat.

If the weights feel light, then increase them.
What are you doing for nutrition control?
Do you have a cardio plan?
