I’m wondering how do I increase my
bench press. I was at the gym last night, warming up on 295 lbs, breaking my tris in. Then, I through on some more weight. Before I knew it, I was benching 415 lbs at almost 7 reps. Just like a week ago or so I could barely bench 200 lbs.
I talked to the gym guy and he said he couldn’t believe it and I was a phenom, kind of like the 7-foot undertaker. He didn’t believe me, so I went back to the bench and I did 565 lbs! He was just flat out shocked, so he called up his buddy to come down and witness it. Then, his friend came. He asked me to try 650 lbs, so I did only if he would spot me. I got the bar down, then as I was pushing up he and his buddy took a picture and jogged off. They went behind the counter and gave some asian girl a backrub. It just so happened that I couldn’t bench that much so the bar fell on my chest and I ruptured my left calf. I shimmied out from beneath the bar, then I snatched Vin’s ID card before leaving. To this day I can only bench 200 lbs again. Did I accidentally take some steroids or something? Should I be calling my doctor? I don’t want to get any health problems. At the same time, I am scheduled for an interview with CW Jensen, KGW crime expert. Hopefully this will get my body back to normal. Any suggestions?
By the way, there are no such thing as fast twitch muscles. They are just muscles.
Thanks,
Joey
P.S. Awesome site! Keep up the good work.
