Shoud you go on a diet? Yes, ofcourse. Try and eat under your maintaince level and eat good clean good. Your running looks good, like the other user said, have you tried HIIT (high
intensity interval training)? its good first thing in the morning.
Do you go to the gym? you should also work your stomach if you want nice abbs becuse you will lose your fat on your stomach but will have nothing to show off.
