help me lose my gut.


i want to lose my gut fast , pic on link (on the bottom) and i have tried to lose it fast i run 2 miles a day 4-5 days a week but should i go on a diet ? or run more? i need good workouts and/or diets to make my stomach flatter ... help !!!

Have you tried some HIIT first thing in the morning, you should be able to get rid of that in no time if you eat right

it's all going to be about diet and cardio. you can run your butt off, but with a poor diet your arn't going to make any progress (or minimal progrses if that)

And don't forget that alcohol and fast food is not in any "clean" diet.

Shoud you go on a diet? Yes, ofcourse. Try and eat under your maintaince level and eat good clean good. Your running looks good, like the other user said, have you tried HIIT (high intensity interval training)? its good first thing in the morning.
Do you go to the gym? you should also work your stomach if you want nice abbs becuse you will lose your fat on your stomach but will have nothing to show off.

keep going and it will come to you
