help me plz


I am 14 years old soon to be 15 March 18. I am gonna be playing football this year for my school. I don't know what all I should focus on when I workout. I am also trying to sculpt my body like a pro. Please help me with my troubles. I need some kind of help with a scheldule and diet. Thank you for your time

use a push-pull-legs routine.

day 1: musles that push (chest, triceps, shoulders)
day 2: muscles that pull (back, biceps,abs)
day3: off
day4: legs
day5: off
day 6: start all over

I would go with a heavy, basic, routine. Bench presses, squats, deadlifts, and power cleans twice per weeks. You should be running (intervals, distance, etc) 2 or 3 times per week. Also, work on your strecthing and agility too. You should have a great season if you do your homework now
