Help! My Lower pecs are lagging!

Hiyas.

Okay, I have been noticing that my Lower pecs arent getting worked like they should. I want that cool pectoral underhang but I dont have it yet, I've got pretty decent size in the upper pecs though.

My chest routine consists of Flat bench barbell presses, Incline dumbell presses and Dumbell pullovers.

I was thinking of throwing in some decline presses but I was told they dont really work. Any truth to that?

Yesterday was chest day and I hit my pecs harder than usual(I think that creatine stuff is working!) anyway I really feel it everywhere in my pecs except my lower pecs. Any tips on blitzing the lower region?

Thanks!

Do decline fly's followed by decline bench presses followed by dips.

Hope this helps.
